"Very close to Duomo. Easy access, metro facilities very convenient. Room was clean & maintained to good standard. Very good breakfast. It would have been better if there was temperature control in individual rooms- had to leave window open as the room was warm- this made the noise from the traffic, trams etc unbearable especially during the night "

"We had a great stay. Traveled for 2 fast stay with family. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and most important, it was clean! The hotel itself is a bit old they do a really really good job in cleaning and making it look nice. Would definitely recommend it and i would stay here again since it was close to transportation. "

"I felt the breakfast amount was a bit high for €19. Also the Internet service in the room was very bad. I was staying at room 142. Perhaps it could be the location of the room affecting the Internet. However, eveyother thing was enjoyable .and i had a great time stayin at the hotel."

"Overall compared to my other accommodation experiences - this one was great. Breakfast was high quality and large in variety. Staff is professional and someone was available to help even at 3am. I would say the minor issues could have been due to how old the building was- like the hand held shower not working, the bede in the washroom not releasing, the cupboard with motor getting stuck, the shower corner had some questionable dark matter which I think may be due to humidity or moisture.
