The bed is super hard, same with pillows. The breakfast is excellent, great selection in the morning. Mark at the front desk was awesome, he helped us with all of our requests and questions. "The staff were great at the Starhotel Ritz. When I needed help on a couple issues, the staff went above and beyond - they couldn’t have been more responsive. I liked the location, which is walkable from the central station, but right by Piazza Venezia. The only minus was the dated plumbing in the bathrooms but that’s a minor concern."
