"Facilities were great, but service was disappointing. Little info on check in, waiting times at the bar & restaurant and couldn’t get through to roomservice for an hour, then gave up and drove to get food elsewhere. "

"I had the really small room. I knew it was going to be tiny when I booked it. All good. The bathroom was a good size. The thing i appreciated was attention to detail, I needed for nothing. They even had actual coffee grounds and a press, which I'm realizing in NZ is the norm. All other hotels I've stayed at here only have instant coffee. They had fresh milk and cookies ( bag). The room was super clean. I ordered the lamb dinner at the pub, super good!!"
