"After arriving from Greece minus our luggage the young lady on reception was extremely helpful sorting dental packs for us and making sure we had everything we needed, staff in the restaurant for breakfast were also very nice along with any other staff we encountered. "An excellent last minute booking! Staff were fab in reception on arrival. Room service were quick and no hassle. Room was perfect and just what we needed. Comfortable bed and nice quality shower products. Arranged our taxi to Anfield no problem too. Breakfast was a good set up. All buffet, fresh produce and efficient staff. Would definitely stay again. Parking nearby cannot be booked but safe and reasonably priced at £13 for 24 hours."

The staff were great - a small problem with our room (allocated a double not a twin) was sorted within minutes, and a new key brought to us without having to go back downstairs to reception.
