"Everything is just perfect and safe and if it’s not you just go to reception and they always make it right someone there 24 hours to help if needed the staff are smart approachable polite and respectful we love it there the shops are beautiful and the beautiful view of the clean beach and sea is just perfect plenty of parking. My only suggestion is more Disabled parking would be nice "

"My stay here was quite pleasant. I was away for the weekend with my partner, my best friend and her partner, so we were all booked under the same reference. The rooms are quite spacious, but our aircon was not working the whole time we were there and the windows have a safety catch on them. "Great stay for an overnight shopping trip. My 2nd stay here, last time was December 2023. Plenty of parking, friendly check in. Room was spacious and perfectly acceptable with a fab view over fields and lovely Dove toiletries in the bathroom. "Nice enough property that was easily walkable to town. The room was cleand and comfortable. Staff were nice. WiFi was fine. No smart TV so no netflix or casting. Breakfast was fine. We had dinner at the resturant the first night - upon reflection, we felt it would have been better to have had dinner elsewhere because no IPA on tap and just plain pub food that wasn't the greatest. It was a good hotel for two nights."

"Loved the place but unfortunately there were huge issues with our reservation where one of rooms was given away by mistake and we offered a downgraded room. Although when we asked for refund we were going to get it, it was a disappointing experience and we booked certain rooms for a reason. In the end we were given another room same quality to the detriment of someone else checking in later who would have experienced the same issue as we took their room. Really loved the room though and...
