"Great, lovely receptionist."

"Lovely room, lots of space and good size bed. But the room was always cold and everytime we turned up the heating it just seemed to heat up the bathroom."

"Nice hotel, the room was very comfortable and clean. The only downfall was the leisure centre not very clean in the ladies areas and smelly. The shower ceiling had a a lot of mould and the doors in the hammam and sauna could do with a bit more cleaning. It is quite small considering it is open for the public and has also kids swimming lessons. Breakfast was quiet basic for a 4 star hotel."

"Modern property with a choice of an adjacent bus service or 40 minute walk to Cambridge centre. It is set next to the newer parts of the university campus. The staff were very friendly. The toilet paper was not great quality. I bet none of Hyatt's buyers would have it in their homes! "

"Our time at the Waterford was short, so we were not able to see or use all the facilities offered, and give them full review. We will be staying here again. Our only criticism is, the cocktails were very weak & not worth the money, we would recommend at trip to the near by supermarket."
