"Lovely large room, great bath, helpful staff, lift area a little tired looking Great location, we walked from the station. 10 minutes, great for shopping in Lille Breakfast was good, buffet style everything you need, tea was terrible though so if you are English take some tea bags! "

"Nice little hotel best beds we’ve had since leaving Canada. The location is wonderful with the exception of being directly outside some shady business's that have even shadier and unique characters. Except for that the staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating and we really enjoyed and appreciated the few extra steps taken to make our stay more enjoying like the L’occtaine products and daily refills of snacks, drinks and treats from the local bakery. "

Avoid the restaurant. Over priced food, served in heated up dishes, a real disappointment for a four star hotel. Plenty of good eateries within walking distance with better fresh food and a great atmosphere. "

"Only used as stopover hotel on our way to the Stelvio Pass in Italy but it was a great choice. A very modern, welcoming and comfortable hotel, with all amentities you'd expect for a 4* hotel. Our only challenge was food hotel dining options on the evening, only charcuterie boards available and that's not our thing, disspaointed but not a reason to not stay at this lovely hotel"
