"An ideal town centre location for a one night stay. We had two rooms, one standard and one executive and really there was little to choose between them, other than a little more space. Our rooms were on the second floor and it meant a two flight walk up, I'm not sure that there is a lift, perhaps in the other wing, so worth checking if stairs are an issue. Both had good shower rooms and we all slept well. A buffet breakfast was on offer and the receptionist offered to cook a choice of eggs...

"The staff are very helpful in times of need and emergency. They help me out and assisted me especially when it comes to health concern. The place is near to our office too. Strategic location as it is very near to the train station."

"This is a great hotel in an area perhaps not befitting the quality of the hotel. But don't let that put you off. It's in Lille centre and within walking distance of everything, it's quiet, the service is great, the rooms are clean and comfy, and the breakfast is good. For me there's no complaint I can make about the hotel or the staff."

"We have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years, it’s just the best. We love the location whether for visiting christmas markets, or just travelling to the Alps and stopping off en-route. We love sitting in the lounge playing the games, especially pac-man. Rooms are very clean and spacious and staff always super friendly. Lots of restaurants walking distance from italian to lovely delis, or buffalo grill, also now serving food in the hotel itself too. Parking is easy and lots and safe."

"Modern and comfortable room, with bar / restaurant area and spa. Only disappointing aspect was pool facilities closed at 8pm and not reopen until 10am, so no time to use the same. "
