"No Air Conditioning. No real shower facility. When we booked we understood thar the hotel had a restaurant, It was no longer functioning."

"The service was excellent and the hotel is located just on the edge of the touristy part of Lille and in walking distance from everything including the two trainstations. It's quiet and convenient. Again the service splendid. But the hotel is showing age, and the price for the rooms was really outrageous given that they are not much above one could get in a well run hotel ibis. The breakfast buffet was meh. You are better off going to one of the many cute little places in the area."

The breakfast bar was exceptional. Clean. Lots of options, especially the boiled egg cooker! We stayed in two different units both of which featured cheerful modern design. "Modern, very well appointed and comfortable, this 4* hotel overlooks its golf course. It is located just outside the historic town of Arras (like Brussels, but much nicer) and convenient for WW1 venues like Wellington Quarries, the CWGC visitor centre and Vimy Ridge Canadian memorial - all highly recommended. The car park has plenty of room, with level access and well marked bays suitable for wide cars. The hotel bar and restaurant are excellent with a good selection of beers and wine. The food...
