"A wonderfully located mezzanine flat. The flat is very stylishly decorated and had all the amenities we needed, with a lovely bathroom. The location is perfect, very central and right off a main street. We couldn't hear anything and we slept with the windows open. Just to be aware for other guests, the stairs are quite steep and the bedrooms are connected, is essentially a studio flat with two mezzanine levels. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. "

"This property is what could be described as quirky. It may not be for everyone. The stairs are steep, the wc is off the living room / kitchen and the breakfast of bread and pastries is delivered to the property each morning. The host was friendly and helpful and the accommodation fully suited our needs. We would certainly return."

"Le Château - Fresnoy en Gohelle was a dream experience. The owner clearly loves this home and takes pride in sharing with others. It was like we had our own home all to ourselves. The ground were stunning, decorations incredible, breakfast was wonderful, and the owner treated us with kindness and respect. This was one of best experiences while on our 12 day France vacation."

"This is an extremely comfortable B&B in lovely green surroundings/gardens. Extremely quiet. Comfortable bed and armchair to relax in. It is a large room; actually two rooms each with a queen bed. We were on our own but it could accommodate a couple with an older child or 3 adults. Might be a bit crowded for 4 adults. The bathroom is also large and modern with a great walk in shower. "We chose this property because of its proximity to the A26 as we had an early Euro Shuttle the next morning. The owner is absolutely delightful and fluent in English, Spanish & German. Our family room was very elegant and comfortable with beautiful bed linen and towels. We had the family room and this was very comfortable and spacious with 2 teenage daughters. The owner shared some interesting facts about how his street was named after one of France’s most famous poets and we got to know more...
