"The property itself was clean and nicely kept up. However there is no private beach as advertised, and no restaurants or bars. The area around the property, and the path to the public beach were full of garbage and disgusting!"

"The room was very dirty and full of dust when we arrived. The lady at the reception was unnecessarily aggresive, rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions and made us feel very uneasy. She was completely unapproachable and did not welcome any questions. We stayed four nights and no cleaner turned up at all. "Our overall experience was great. All the desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the room. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning available to cool down the room at night when I’m sleeping and was suggested that I just open the sliding door. The problem with that was that the noise coming from the street outside was so loud so we had a hard time sleeping. With NO airflow in the room when closed that was not very dood. I wanted to speak with a manager but didn’t get a chance to. Also the fact that I paid more money just to get an ocean view then there was no air conditioning was a little bit disappointing. Again overall was great I just wish that they should’ve offered some sort of compensation/refund for the inconvenience."
