"This is one of our favorite hotels when we’re passing through the Austin area. Overall, it’s a lovely property. Our stay last night though wasn’t the best. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that appeared to still be occupied, or at least had not been cleaned. We headed back to the check-in desk and were given another room, but it was late and an inconvenience. The new room was nice, but we could not get the temperature regulated, so didn’t sleep well as it was too warm. The bathroom floor...
