Paid for 9 breakfasts, ate one! They should not offer a meal at all! Large pink “claw” machine spoils reception...

"I stayed here as it was close to the trade centre, turns out it isn't and its a 20/30min walk and the hotel doesn't have a bus service so I had to get a taxi or walk to get to the expo centre. On the positive side the hotel and hotel staff were amazing and couldn't do more to help. "
