I struggled to sleep for two reasons, the rooms were so warm and when I opened the window to cool down, the road noise was terrible. Could do with air con or climatic control but I appreciate this may be a challenge for a building that is likely listed. "

"We always enjoy our stay at the Lawns when we come to Retford to visit family and friends. The rooms are much bigger than average and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Lovely big towels and a good supply of hot drinks and bottled water.Extremely good value."
