"The property itself is well located in a quiet strip, and close enough to the center. The manager was nice and offered to upgrade my room for extra 400vnd but I refused due to the weather and there was no view anyway. The room I got was big and comfortable, and clean. The aircon didn’t work but I don’t need it. There were broken pots outside of my room and unfortunately, the landslide on the front of the property scared me so I couldn’t sleep. The pool was also closed due to the landslide....

"Apart from noise caused by rather drunk couples at level 4, who screamed and sang happy birthday song loudly at 12:55am for almost 10mins until staff came up to ask them to stop, everything else was great. Nice clean room, breakfast was good. Located at the centre of Sapa, just opposite of the Sapa station. Lots of eateries, cafes, shops nearby. Staffs were great as well."

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance."
