"We had a wonderful time! However; there are a few issues that prevents me from giving 5 stars. The AC wasn’t working properly therefore our room was hot. The parking situation to get to and from the rooftop was quite a task, the parking elevator was not working; there was black stuff between the tiles in the shower- a little bleach would take care of that and finally the food on the 2nd floor was somewhat subpar. "This hotel is located in a center of the Cape Town and easy driving access to any of the tourist attraction. Lobby receptionist was very nice and polite and professional even it said she was still in training. It was a large room and very comfortable. View of the Table Mountains from the room window was also great. Staff at the breakfast restaurant was all great, very friendly to our 2 and half year old daughter. We would like to visit this hotel again."
