"very nice, checkin desk staff was very nice. Room wasn't ready until after 430PM. Nice Room, great view, nice hotel. Due to an event at the hotel, there were a of guests. Bar service was terrible and the staff apparently was not happy either. Got a table, but no service. Paid too much for that to happen."

"Very nice stay for 3 nights, business trip solo. There aren't many choices near hotel for restaurant, and so decided to cook using the nice kitchen inside the room. It is spacious with full service kitchen and a nice bedroom. Everything are nice and clean, new. Walking distance to Convention Centre (around 10 mins walk), 15 mins walk to Toyota Centre for NBA game, and 7 mins walking to the nearby grocery! "
