I had emailed requesting a certain room, which we had, so that was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. "No kids area or pool. Pool is too small. No activity for kids even so that it was advertised. Location is horrible, nowhere to walk, just round the corner looks like dumpster. Morgan is actually 10min drive, if you don’t have a car, you stuck. Shopping location is horrible. Rooms are very badly designed, shower just in a middle of room, and toilets with clear see through glass door. AC didn’t worked in any room. Try to avoid if you can. Or at least don’t trust advertising as you not going to get...

"We had a fantastic time at Playa Bonita, there were loads of great food options, rooms were very spacious, pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds, and we really enjoyed all the available entertainment!"

Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids. "
