"Located in a nice area, 30 min drive away from the busy city center and the airport. Starbucks on the premises. The stuf is very friendly, but don't speak much English. Tea/cofee supplies were not automatically refilled every day, but were available upon request. Rooms are not equipped with telephone, though, so you will have to go down to the reception even for a glass of water"

The two things that brought it to a 4 star were construction noise (very early!!!) and lack of any in-hotel solution for holding backs on the day you leave (which was not communicated up front).
