As long as I brought up any question or issue, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I was surprised by the fact that they only have smoking rooms, but they used a deodorizing spray multiple times and helped me ventilate the room so the smell smoke smell was almost entirely gone. "This is the first time I stayed at Love Hotel. I knew about it by many Japanese TV program. Basically it is made for lovers that wants to have a private time. They had a "karaoke machine" set on TV and many other adults amenity. It is recommended for couples. The lobby staff was very discrete."
