"Beautiful peaceful old style hotel with a modern twist. Staff are efficient and extremely helpful. Have to mention receptionist Kate. What a beautiful young woman. she was pleasant, kind, nothing was too much fir her. She will make an excellent manager one day. All the staff were lovely. Also duty Manager Cormac who sorted out a few little issues we had without fuss. This was my second time staying at Killashee and return again"

"The hotel was very warm throughout it was hard to sleep. The bed was done and the mattress leaned to one side. The food was really bad, we had to send it back. Ordered veg curry and they brought chicken, they changed it and all I got was a watery curry sauce full of onions and the rice was clumped together. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ballindrum Farm. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a beautiful view. Mary (the owner) was very welcoming and even drove me to town because I didn't have a car. To top it off, guests are allowed to watch the cows being milked every day from a viewing gallery (yes, Ballindrum is also a working dairy farm). I highly recommend it."
