"It was in a beautiful location! However there was not much communication between the staff and myself. I had emailed about their additional services and never heard back, I checked in at 4:30 (online it said check in started at 4) and they had already left the property, so I was left alone with a note and no real description about how I could use the living room space and wood fire. "We enjoyed the property very much. Checking was pleasant with Caithriona seeing to everything! The property was recently remodeled from old farm house to modern farm house. The surrounding green fields had sheep, cows and bunny rabbits running around. We had a very pleasant stay."

"If you don't want the noise, hustle and bustle of the city, stay at Borahead Lodge. A peaceful, quiet cottage only minutes from dining, groceries and Dublin. It's a short drive (40 minutes) from Dublin airport. 20 minute drive to the Red Cow park and ride Luas station so you don't have to fight Dublin downtown traffic. Bridie (our friendly host) gave great advice about the area and shared pears from her orchard. If we're ever back in Ireland, we will be staying here."
