"Staff were very friendly, food was great but the only complaint I have is where kids running around and kicking the bedroom doors especially my elderly parents bedroom door where they actually damaged the door plus it happened a few times. When we complained felt it wasn’t taken seriously. Plus a resident on our floor followed the 4 boys after kicking the doors and told front desk staff and they weren’t very worried about it or concerned. He felt they didn’t care. Another resident had kids...

"We stayed here for 1 night while we were in the Galway area. Beautiful spot, very quiet, a bit dated but the staff were absolutely awesome. We sat outside on their patio and enjoyed a couple of beverages, had a bite and then relaxed for the evening. It was a short 15 min drive to Salthill Beach and the Spanish Arch area and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back."

"The position is about 30 minutes drive from Galway. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a buffet and the quality of food depends on the time you get there. A little dried up! Angus who greeted us for breakfast was very helpful and remembered our requirements. The bar/bistro looked nice, food was good, however, was let down by the wait staff. It says to wait to be seated, we waited patiently. However it would have made sense to be able to enter and get a drink...

"The hotel is very nice and the staff are very pleasant. We had a booked a meal in the restaurant on Wednesday night because we thought it would be quiter than the bistro but when we got there we was told that is was closed and we had to eat in the bistro very annoying. In the mornings between 7.30 am and 8.00am we had a tractor outside our bedroom waking us up with the noise it was a shame that this spoilt our stay "
