"The two best things: The Staff and the breakfast! Everyone we dealt with at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was a fabulous buffet with an unbelievable assortment of things to choose from. Our only complaint was that, even with the heat off, our room got hot (at the end of November!). We were able, however, to open the door and get fresh air in. Other than that, the room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. We had a great stay!"

"Good location - albeit being slightly off-centre, the tram connection was super convenient, only <2mins to the station. The room was clean and warm, but note that room does not have a kettle. Breakfast option was on expensive-side, and we ended up eating at nearby cafes which were all very delicious. The mini game station in the lounge was more fun than we thought. The staff speaks okay english, and although there were some occasions with difficulties in communication, they tried to be helpful...
