The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here. "

"Loved our stay here. We were a family of four, all adults. Very quiet and tranquil. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Their english is limited but we used Google Translate to communicate. We had a lovely time here and would definitely come back."
