" Toilet is spacious. Room is clean. - Laundry was always occupied. People left clothes in washer/dryer and I went to the laundry multiple times and found it was not available. There is no way to know when it is available remotely."

"I think very highly of the Dormy Inn chain. This was particularly convenient, located literally across the street from the train station. The room was large relative to other Japanese hotel rooms and the onsen was wonderful, with a generous outdoor area. "

"We needed a quick and easy stop for a Shinkansen layover and this was perfect. We were traveling with 6 in our family and so we got 3 rooms so the kids could have their own beds. The service staff was impeccable. The room is small (compared to American standards) but the room felt perfect for sleeping overnight. "

"Stayed with my mother for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good and we loved & appreciated all the free food and drink service they provided. The room was small but enough for 2 people, and it was definitely clean and quiet. The public bath was much smaller than expected and got pretty crowded at night, which was the only minus point. But for those who don't use the public bath, they have a bathroom in the room so there is no inconvenience. We will be back! "

"Nice onsen and clean floors much appreciated as everyone are required to take off their shoes after entering the hotel. I came during the new year holidays and of course expected the hotel was at peak congestion. When we check out unfortunately it was the peak hour and we had to wait 45 min for our car to get delivered down. "

"Nice hotel with beautiful art and garden. Large, comfortable, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Nice toiletries, I love that they had bath salts for the bath. Excellent hotel breakfast and helpful concierge. Excellent location, right by omichi market and walkable to higashi-chaya and kanazawa castle and gardens. Ticked all the right boxes for me. Would definitely stay again!"

"Excellent location and value! Right next to the castle and Kenroku-en, the hotel couldn't be better situated for seeing the sights of Kanazawa. Really unique style and rooms. We booked a junior suite, which due to the layout with the divider in the middle wasn't as spacious or practical as we were expecting, but for the value we got it for, no complaints at all (we're only two people, so in future would probably not have booked a junior suite again). For a one or two night stay to see the sights...
