"Well stocked kitchen, location is wonderful. Luxury is a bit of a stretch to describe it. It was cozy and comfortable enough for 2 people. Not sure how up to 6 people could stay there though. We didn’t have any issues or problems other than repair/construction right outside the lanai (but that’s temporary). Cozy is what to expect. "

"I spoked with multiple people on your team to try and get a refund. We stayed one night and then left. The neighbor had open buckets of chemicals and was smoke right outside on the shared lawn. He was even smoking while my kids were outside playing directly next to them. There were tons of rodent droppings on the shelves that we were supposed to store our clothes on as well as in the corners of the bedroom floors. We were extremely disappointed. "Had quite a bit of traffic noise but out of their control. Appreciated the washing machines in unit and ac worked well. It was a good set up for family with 2 kids."

"Wonderful stay. What a spectacular oceanfront view! I could stay in the room all day just sitting on the balcony looking at the view! Everything in the apartment was new and looked very clean. The mattress was sooooo comfortable, and I could sleep in with the blackout curtains! Highly recommend this rental!"
