"The yoga and zumba instructors were top notch - great way to start your day and these are included in the resort fees! Boogie board checkout was also a nice touch. Pool area was enjoyable and balconies overlook a koi fish pond. Only downside was when we asked about the possibility of a one hour later checkout, we were made to feel bad for booking through Expedia instead of directly through the resort. "

"Great hotel just a block from the beach and the heart of downtown Waikiki. The hotel is a little dated, but it has everything you need on site or a stones throw away. Kai and Brendan went out of their way on two separate occasions to help me with my room, and I sincerely appreciate their hospitality. Yes, rooms are dated, and there are weird electrical set-ups because the property is so old, but the historic wing is really special, and I loved it. The folks at the front desk were not consistently great, and one person was really rude which was weird. Valet and bell service folks were fantastic!
