"We Stayd too nights, and we extend without portal hotels.com because it wasn't possible somehow. Stuff was very friendly untill they get new reservation from Airbnb and kick us out to make space for other clients. Asked to prepay before checkout and promised to call police when we refused. 1usd rate was 175 cuban."

"Clearly not a 5* in EU Or in USA but in Cuba yes. Noisy room, they dont offer other room.. lots of food nice on the pictures but the quality not the best. Beach is nice. "

"Everything was terrible and the staff was rude.They said all inclusive and some where apologizing for it not being available and what was available the staff was reluctant of you requesting it.poor quality food and watered down coffee or recycled. So much was terrible to much to write"
