"Having seen a lot of goof reviews of this casa, I felt a completely different experience. First of all, the environment around the casa is poor and the facilities inside the room were dilapidated and malfunctioning. Additionally, the service is very concerning. The owner Alay and his wife were irresponsible and were attempting to overcharge all the services that they provided, pretending that they didn’t understand English. "It was a comfortable peaceful place in Varadero and I am glad I opted for it. Couldn't ask for a better location it's very close to beautiful beaches all restaurants and shopping places. We were welcomed warmly by the hosts and they got rooms ready in a quick manner considering we booked the rooms on arrival. The whole surrounding area is quiet a short walk and you are on the beach. "Libby, the host could not have been more helpful. She was an absolute star helping us organise trips and transport. Her warm welcome and that of her staff made our trip to Cuba, and in all she simply could not do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.
