The staff was also incredibly helpful, particularly Irene who answered any questions we had and was a great help as first timers visiting Zurich! "Room was little small for us couple with 2 kids but not bad. You get what you pay for. Very conveniently located from old town, 15 minutes tram ride away. Tram is actuly 2 minute walk. Great brakfast, nice pool, customer servicw great. Microwave not in the room but in the lobby. Play area for kids. Very nice environment. Will definitely recommend for family travel."
