The only let down was the utterly useless pillows. Pillows are supposed to raise your head and give you some meaningful support. "The location was amazing and for the most part, the room was wonderful. The common areas, such as the hallways needs some TLC. The carpet in the hall in particular was pretty rough. BUT the rooms didn't have and carpet and were very nice and clean. There are no USB plugs in the room, so that was surprising considering it seemed to be recently renovated and the AC didn't function. The room was VERY hot at night, and we tried to turn on the air and not only did it not blow cold air, it was...

"I liked all the plants around the hotel, it looked very pretty. I also liked the eco friendly nature, how everything was recycled and the ease of recycling rubbish etc. The decor was minimalist which I loved. The staff in the bar and bistro were excellent, as were the housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and I really appreciated the gluten free corner, so lovely to have more options to eat! We had a gorgeous evening meal in the bistro one night, which I could highly recommend....
