"Not sure why this property is so highly rated. It was (mostly) clean and minimally comfortable. Shower had grout blackened by mildew. Two towels but no hand towels. Had to ask maintenance to come up and show is how to get the AC working. (We correctly deciphered the handheld control, but there was a separate unmarked wall switch almost hidden by the bed.) Restaurant closes relatively early after dinner. Price was high for this quality of accommodation. It was clean and comfortable enough, but...

"Hotel com boa estrutura e bem localizado, o atendimento é excelente e o hotel me possibilitou fazer um check out tardio, sem cobrança adicional devido um atraso em função de uma reunião de trabalho. Já passei por situação semelhante em outros hoteis que não tiveram esse bom senso."

"This property is a very good option if you are looking for a no frills bed and shower during a connection in Cuiaba. Easily walkable from the terminal. Check in was quick. Hallways and rooms are clean, but like a dormitory at stark white with bright lighting. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price. I would rate this hotel 3.0-3.5 out of 5. Not a knock against the property as much as a recognition that it’s a $50USD transit option with few amenities. "

"O hotel em geral é compatível com o valor da diária. Porém o café da manhã me surpreendeu pois tinha várias opções tanto doces como salgadas, opções de frutas e etc estão de parabéns pelo café da manhã. O estacionamento poderia ter mais segurança não passa segurança, pois o portão fica aberto até tarde da noite mas em geral eu recomendo o hotel. "

"When I arrived in Cuiaba, I called the hotel for the shuttle bus to pick me up at the airport, the receptionist's communication was terrible! The shuttle bus took too long to come over... After arriving at the hotel I had to take the 4 luggages by myself to my room, the 3 employees from the hotel didn't offer to help me... they rather stayed there and chatted...
