"Would recommend the Saratoga. Our balcony caught the morning sun. Was in walking distance of good restaurants, bars, shops, marina and Cathedral. Enjoyed having drinks in the sun on rooftop bar taking in the amazing view. Staff very helpful. "

"Hotel was on the busiest street in Palma which was almost exclusively German. Extremely load but could not hear the racket from our room at the back. "

"The staff were nice. Location was good and within walking distance to the street market, restaraunts, beach and tour pickups. Lots of options for the in house buffets and we had some fun entertainment each night. Small issue with showers slow to drain. Bigger issue was the beds, like sleeping on a park bench and had to use the extra comforters to provide a bit of cushion. That said, my mom loved her bed."

"I rarely take the time to write reviews but I must say that the stay at the Grupotel Playa del Palma was simply exceptional. The grounds, facilities, and food were amazing. The breakfest buffet was the best I've ever had (and I've experienced plenty). The dinner buffet was equally impressive and a relative bargain. The pool and spa also very nice. We choose Mallorca for the hiking - which was also amazing. Wonderful resort; wonderful island!!"

"A recently fully refurbished hotel with great views to sea. A good base to explore this beautiful mountainous coastal area. Fairly remote though Valldemossa and Deja just a short drive away. Very large rooms with a balcony. Great breakfast. "

"The front-desk staff is excellent. Easily as good as any Four Seasons or Fairmont I've stayed at. The hotel is clean and modern and very well priced for the quality in a quiet area. I'll be back. "
