"Our third stay at Puig de Ros Alt, always in January - the best time to visit Mallorca in our opinion. Fabulous place deep in the countryside, surrounded by olive groves, citrus orchards and a vineyard just up the road. Breakfast is cooked to order, alongside good choice of continental options. Dinner available but (slightly constraining) must be ordered at breakfast time, which means not changing plans during the day. "

"The staff was absolutely amazing! We arrived late and had not eaten a thing, Joanna (I think that was her name) was kind enough to make us a plate of meats and cheese. Aside from that we wanted to stay in a quiet area away from the city and town crowds. This was an amazing choice. We got a rental car and explored many little towns and even explored Palma de Mallorca. Definitely would come back. "

"Well we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the excellent breakfasts. The staff were lovely. The whole place did feel a bit tired and the grounds were scruffy. The roads to the finca were very twisty and narrow...almost impossible for two cars to pass. The pool,is small,but never busy. We were in one of the cottages not in the main building. "Had a 12 night stay in Lina's lovely villa at the beginning of August which was lovely. The location and peaceful surroundings are amazing as are the views of the mountains. The finca itself is very spacious and was very clean. It is a traditional old style of farm house so it keeps cool inside and the fablns help to keep temperatures down at night.
