"Nested very close to communication areas, it’s the perfect base to explore the island of Palma. Literally walking distance to the railway, you can reach Palma city without the hazard of parking. If the option is just Inca, this property is located a short stroll away from Camper, Lotusse and Heitorn where you can do your Inca leather shopping and combine it with a visit to the Thursday market or any of the local restaurants along the central avenue. We were driving an electric rental car and we found specially convenient that there is a charging station literally outside the property. From this place every destination in the island was no further to 45mi, and after a busy day exploring, a very well appointed extra large room with a private courtyard was waiting for us. Next to it, the stunning swimming pool. Please note that this is not the typical hotel. This is agrotourisim, so you will miss the impersonal touch of a multilevel building and you will get a friendly and ready to help wonderful team who will make your day extra nice. I specially celebrated the all-local breakfast selection with local cheeses, charcuterie and delectable pastries and fruits. Just what you need to feel extra happy and relaxed. "

"Spacious, clean, airy, well appointed separate villa with terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. One bedroom /two bathroom, kitchen - dining area and two reception rooms. Well equipped and very peaceful and quiet set in foothills of Selva. Selva small village very nice although despite its pretty square doesn’t have much of a vibe. Friendly though and clean. Suggestions would be to get TV organised on different languages, it was stick on german despite us trying to change language. Suggest providing some essential backs in kitchen like oven glove or tea towel, salt, no shampoos or shower soaps ir gels provided. Recommend sorting the second bathroom unpleasant smell out. Several Guests do mention it. We just closed the door. The actual building is number 20 as VRBO says it’s 16, the host says it’s 18-20. We arrived late and couldn’t find it at first. It’s 20 and a separate house on its own. I recommend putting a Frito up of the lovely villa so guests know which one. We enjoyed our stay and it’s the second property we’ve had with this company who are polite and receptive. Thank you for having us. "

"We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. Pool was beautiful and clean. Owners were responsive and very friendly."

"Ten adults of retirement age. One of our party has limited ability. This property with a ground floor bedroom with walk in shower was ideal. HOWEVER, although the said bedroom/bathroom WAS on the ground floor, you still had to climb a set of stairs turn left to access this bedroom and then go down a set of stairs, this was NOT ideal. Only one outdoor parasol was provided and there are only two holes for it to be placed and therefore very restrictive to our friend in the wheelchair. No handrails on the pool, we didn't notice from the photographs, so our fault, but again it meant our friend couldn't use it. It looks quite isolated and we were expecting it to be very quiet, but road traffic is heavy and noisy. It's next to a Wood Saw Mill, so the noise starts very early in the morning, saw dust covers the pool if there is any breeze. After notifying the management on the Saturday morning of the saw dust, we provided requested photos but the pool was not cleaned until the Tuesday, the day before we left. The advertised outdoor photographs are considerably out of date, the sunloungers are old and dirty, and not as shown, but useable. There's a beautiful patio area around the pool, but needed a sweep and a power wash, lots of cat & chicken (who roam freely) faeces. The BBQ was disgusting. After pointing this out, a man came & used a garden blower to try & clean the patio & the BBQ too which just blow ash everywhere, so we ended up retreating indoors. We enjoyed our stay."
