"We were in town for a concert and had a few hours to before the event, so we walked around the Plaza. Found a great bar to have a cocktail and light dinner. It was an extra cost for the parking garage, which is typical in that area. All interactions with staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room, although had no great view, was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend. "

"We liked everything about the property with the exception of not having hot water most of the visit. We were told that the older part of the hotel, where we stayed, has hot water issues occasionally."
