It had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The evening meal was very tasty as was the breakfast. No complaints at all. "Standard room with a double bed and a made up sofa bed booked for 3 adults. Clean room, efficient check in and great for 1 night - ideally located to Heathrow Terminal 3. Had to call reception and ask for more coffee/tea/milk etc as not enough for 3 people but they supplied very quickly! "

"Absolutely brilliant stay as a family with a 3 year old. We dined in at the buffet (a scary notion for a coeliac), the staff made me a pizza to order to ensure I wasn’t ill and also did the same with my breakfast in the morning. They have allergy matrix out and as soon as I said coeliac they were all exceedingly accommodating and mentioned cross contamination before I could. It genuinely felt like they cared. We couldn’t have asked for more!"
