"Stayed one night Here. Pleasant. Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you. "

"Gorgeous building, slightly tired but charming old interior. Well cleaned. Breakfast was just average, self service hot food that was only warm and new toaster needed - options were either anaemic or burnt. Bed was very comfortable except pillows. Didn't like how dogs were allowed in the dining areas while we're were eating. "

"Ideal location for Stratford. Hotel rooms clean and functional. Dinner was a challenge, the food was excellent but the front of house staff were very limited in training and had to be chased constantly for everything. Checkin became complicated and the manager had to step in, just more training required throughout "

"Good hotel overall. Spacious lobby, bar and dining areas, good food, and easy parking (although a bit cheeky charging £8/day for the privilege!). Gym was reasonable. I had one of the new ground floor rooms, but it had no desk (only a small round table which was no good for working on) and practically zero draw space. Also, housekeeping was poor (I came back to find my curtains still closed, lamp still on, wet towel still on vanity sink unit, and only one of the two mugs washed up, with the other...

"The reception staff were great. Room was huge with 2 king size beds. Some of the furniture didn’t match, black table on one side of the room & wood everywhere else? The floor tiles in the bathroom were uneven with some grout missing and the bathroom door was sticking on the floor. We loved the idea that if you stayed 2 nights or more and did not request your room to be made up you received a £5 voucher to spend at the bar, brilliant idea. Bar area had some nice areas but quite dim in others....
