"This is a perfect location if you are going on a cruise our of Southampton. The staff are great. I appreciated their welcome gift, as I was celebrating my birthday. Check in took a second and we were in our room minutes after arriving in Southampton. This is just a few minutes away from the cruise terminal, the train station and the bus station. "We stayed in room 109. It’s was a lovely big room and much nicer than expected, however, you could hear the music from the restaurant. It wasn’t loud, but quiet, constant bass. Funny thing is the music in the restaurant wasnt at all loud, it was just unfortunate the sounds travelled upwards. This wouldn’t put me off staying again."
