Positive, Robert arranged an upgrade (extra cost). Appreciated upgrade but disappointed with the original room allocation. The staff were awesome (Stella, Joanna, Nassos and Djemalie Facilities as expected, communal toilets clean, bar was on occasion busy and pool loungers...

Cons: the parking was shared between 5 hotels over our 5 night stay we were able to park there one time. We had to park a good distance away from hotel. I would not consider this beachfront, as there were a mini shop and restaurant between front door of hotel and beach. The beach was not very nice, if you are looking for a beach vacation this is not it, we visited multiple other beaches which...

"Nice hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. If you have mobility issues don't pick this hotel as lots of steps up and down and their shuttle service to the beach and town is limited. I use crutches and found it a struggle to get around and felt trapped in a pretty prison. My room was spotless and serviced every day as was the hotel. "
