"Great hotel with good views and large rooms, laptop safe, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Housekeeping was hit and miss, some days ok others dirty cups and spoons left in rooms, drain smell from sink, shower drain filling up, dirty bath mat not changed, surfaces not wiped down and room not hoovered all week."

Hotel is always clean , friendly and all staff are polite and helpful . Acting Reception Manager ( Dale ) was excellent on our recent stay when dealing with a room query All rooms are fully functional with comfortable beds . Bar is good value as is the food , with morning breakfast being varied between continental / English fry up . Would fully recommend this...

"Lively stay and friendly staff. Not an issue for me but an elderly couple struggled with the stairs due to the lift being out of order and I helped them with their bags when they were offered no help from the desk staff"
