"The Tower hotel is uniquely placed with views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. On addition to the location, the hotel has a real luxe feel, with high beds, high quality linens and many plump pillows. I had a great night's sleep. The shower was excellent and the towels large and fluffy. The bathroom has underfloor beating and comes with dressing gowns and slippers. The room has a fridge, safe, kettle, tea, coffee and milk, and a swish coffee maker. I can recommend the room service too. Breakfast is good, with varied fresh and cooked options. I have stayed at the Tower hotel 5 times and it is always fabulous. Highly recommended. "

"It’s was our 4th stay. Apart from a few very minor criticisms, we love the place. Great staff, lovely suite, very good breakfast. Having been awarded Guest of the Day previously, how could we stay anywhere else. Terrific hotel. "

"Our stay was made by the hotel greeter at the door of the hotel. This gentleman was friendly and efficient . He helped me park my car in the tiniest of spaces and then ensured that we were pointed in the correct direction for the front desk. We were able to check into one of our rooms early which was easy and efficient. The room clean and comfortable . The second room at 3pm i gave up on until the evening, as the line ups were long and slow to check in . The second room 1234 was very nice, but could have done with a little more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom. The car parking on the lower ground floor does need to be looked at . Parking is very tight. I had to climb across to the passenger side to get out of my car. Not ideal for a 67 year old lady. A minor fault . A very nice hotel which we will return to again . Second stay. Great area to stay for sightseeing. Tube close by . "

"This hotel is in a great location to see all the main sights in and around London. The hotel lobby is very elegant and you are welcomed by a doorman to greet you. Checkin is really easy but does require a £100 safety deposit in case of any damages which is standard in most hotels. We decided to pick a room with the river view and was not disappointed! The view of the London eye along the River Thames was spectacular, not to mention seeing the Shard and St Paul’s Cathedral to name a few! Looked even better at night! The room itself was very cosy with a king size bed, big wardrobe, coffee machine, safe, international plugs in the wall, under floor heating for the bathroom, air con and a ‘do not disturb’ button to just name a few highlights. On our last night we decided to have breakfast delivered to the room before checkout which was delivered at the requested time, the full English breakfast cost around £29 each and it was ‘ok’ but was quite cold in some areas which was a little disappointing. Not sure with us being in the 8th floor was a factor in the food getting cold? One other slight issue was with the Aircon, worked completely fine on the first day but decided not to work the day after which made the room very chilly! But apart from that overall great experience and would definitely stay here again!"
