"Well, if you want to visit Schaffhausen, and who wouldn't, this is certainly the place to stay if you are either driving on coming by train. The parking is next door, as is the station. Room was large, clean and comfortable and the hotel's restaurant/bar really nice. It is convenient to everything, and walking distance to all you would want to see. A fantastic place to visit and to stay. Would highly recomment do anyone."

The hotel is located 5-7 minutes drive / 25 minute walk from Dottingen train station but getting back and forth to this station is a challenge as it's very hard to find taxis and uber in this area.
