Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "We only spent the one night here but this would be perfect place for a longer stay. It has everything you you want. Don’t get me wrong it’s still good for a single nights stay. It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Falls. We were greeted by the owner on arrival who was full of local information and willingness to help. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Caution: This B&B was difficult to find. Lots of steps and my husband is partially disabled. A young man did help with the bags. The room was very basic. The soap dispenser (just one for both sink and shower) was empty. There were no toiletries as promised; when I asked for some, I was grudgingly given some half-empty, used ones. This marked the 3rd trip I had to make down and back up the stairs for deficiencies in the room. Bath towels were soft and fluffy but hand towels were like...

"We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and had a lovely time. The place is actually better than the pictures. Nice kitchen, good bathroom, bed were good enough (although might need replacing some tome soon). The balcony is lovely in the morning for breakfast amd the garden is great for drinks and lazing around. Swimming in the lake is great! The only down side was the neighbours macross the road making a noise."

"The cottage was charming and clean and faced a lovely view. There is a walking trail just out front and it was quiet and peaceful. We ate breakfast on the outside patio every morning. It’s close to amenities and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!"
