"With the exception of the two poodle plushies on the bed, the room was as depicted. Very comfortable and clean, as were the public areas. In addition to breakfast, the restaurant is open evenings as well. There is a bus line within walking distance that connects to the tram and Metro systems that accesses the main attractions of Milan."

"The staff were great at the Starhotel Ritz. When I needed help on a couple issues, the staff went above and beyond - they couldn’t have been more responsive. I liked the location, which is walkable from the central station, but right by Piazza Venezia. The only minus was the dated plumbing in the bathrooms but that’s a minor concern."
