"Clean, warm, and intimate hotel. Mohammed and there was another gentleman who were extremely friendly and great help. The ladies working the breakfast area were wonderful. Location was very central to everything, with taxi always about 15 minutes or less to important places. Highly recommended."

"You are paying for the convenience of where this property is located , right across from Milan Centrale station. The options at breakfast was quite good : eggs, sliced meats , pastries, fresh orange juice . The room itself does not have coffee or tea included, neither a minibar. There is a mini fridge but it’s empty. Room has a huge luggage desk which was the best. The room was clean, however it’s not soundproof and you could hear the street noise. "Very well located near by the central station and the metro, lovely ambiance in the lounge and the single room that I had was quite spacious with a lovely bathroom but needed some extra deep cleaning around the shower area. Very efficient and polite staff. I would return. "

"The hotel was easy to find & not too far from train station. Easy check-in & all was ok (clean room & good bathroom for 1 night) but hallway from elevator to room wreaked of cigarettes, very unpleasant. Once inside the room, no problem as it was clean & quiet but hallway was very off putting."
