"The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a lovely safe, quiet stay. The cleaning was lacking a little; I found a couple of empty beer bottles under my bed when I went to search for something. I also thought it could be more helpful if there were labels on how to use the coffee machine, toast maker etc in the dining room, however, the food was delicious! "This hotel is wonderful. Staff are lovely and helpful if you need assistance. The cleaning staff are cheerful if you see them. Close location to museums and shopping. Quick bus ride to other things to do. Highly recommend "

"Bed was too high...plus hard trying avoid banging your head on the steel beam."

"I will highly recommend this hotel to my family members and friends when they visit Wellington. The Expedia group should and must exclude Fort Street in Auckland for people to book. It is horrible dirty filthy garbage place, there is no way for tourists to know ahead of time as the website of the hotel doesn’t show. I wish I could display some pictures to expose the dark side of that hotel. The Qeast Welling is wonderful place to stay. Thank you for girls at reception which are very helpful...

"The Receptionist was very helpful, helping my wife with her bags, to our room while I parked the car at Countdown. I was able to buy some groceries while there and walk the 2 minutes back. Very comfortable bed and good shower."
