"Our butlers Roshaun and Franz were absolutely amazing. They were always there for anything we needed. They made our anniversary extra special. We had a lovely vacation and plan to visit Royalton again in the future. "

"The staff was friendly & helpful. Food was good - nice variety. We had trouble finding chairs around the pool. They were all reserved with hardly anyone on them. Other resorts we’ve been to had activities and contests going on around the pool & resort during the day. The Bingo night was rigged, prizes were bogus after how much they collected on $10 a card. They could have given out Huge cash prizes, but didn’t."

"Very friendly staff. Pool staff a little slow with getting waters and drink orders but because site quiet new-perhaps some growing pains. Front desk more than happy to receive feedback on how to make stay better. Food amazing! Decor outstanding. Will become a go to for future travellers. Every room with a view of the ocean Rooms could be a bit cooler settings -we were on fourth and top floor so wonder if this had anything to do with higher temp (24c)…"

"We had a very nice beachfront view. Daily housekeeping and coffee provided every day. Free continental breakfast very basic with juice, coffee, bread and fruit. Only ate lunch there several times. 45-75 minute wait for food, but that’s the standard on the island. Be sure to check your bill every time before signing. They had our room number wrong twice and when checking out we had a $60 charge not belonging to us. Management corrected that. WiFi extremely slow and no cable TV. Overall a nice...

"Nice Place. Was not allowed to upgrade room as a platinum member. Was not allowed to have any input in room selection. The food was over the top awesome compared to other places we have stayed. The Atrium suite was very nice (No T.V.). The patio was also very nice. The live entertainment left something to be desired. Lots of walking to get from food to bars. the staff was friendly. Would recommend "
