"We stayed in December on the family side in Platinum in a swimup suite. Our room was amazing, though the pool didn’t get tons of sun but I imagine it gorgeous in the summer months. Still used the swimup and hot tub! Our butlers Shayshay and Javaughn were AMAZING. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. From having fun with our 5 year old to being super responsive and helpful to just being down to earth, real humans. Made our trip fantastic. Princess is lucky to have them. The resort is gorgeous. Everything is new and some kinks are still being ironed out but nothing that impacted our stay or experience. The gym was also wonderful, as were the trainers run the fitness classes. So much to do and not enough time. The bartenders and wait staff in ALL of the restaurants are amazing. FIND BARTENDER MORRIS.. you won’t be disappointed. We used Jamaica Action Routes for excursions and airport transfers. They were wonderful! The beach is the only thing that is slightly a let down but it’s manmade and brand new so I imagine in time, it’ll feel more natural. But it is still nice, a little small but loungers are a plenty!! The water sports are great but it was VERY windy and rough in December (no fault of the resort). The pools and waterpark were our go to place to hangout. Plenty of seats and cabanas available. The kids club was great! Some of the VR wasn’t working yet but we didn’t care about that anyway. Would rate Princess Grand a 10/10 and would definitely return!"

"Love staying at Travellers Resort. It’s clean, quiet and the resort sits alongside the 7 miles of beautiful white sand beach. Staff is nice and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. This is my 2nd time there. Will be going back soon."
