"Had an issue with the location of the room between the two Hotels and spoke to one the Managers and all was sorted out with in 10 mins. Which made it less of a headache to check out and straight to departures. Thanks to the wonderfully team as always. "

"I loved how different the building was and the beautiful way it was kept. The staff were delightful and caring. Id like to thank the front desk people Prayonya (sorry if that's spelt wrong) for all her help with transport. Also Alpa and the breakfast staff for always making me feel at home and well fed. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps a smoking area for smokers and maybe add a small fridge to the rooms. But I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and was sad to leave. Thanks again.🙏😊"
