"One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us. We hope to return one summer to take advantage of the hotels own private beach. "

"The Hotel Continental was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were comfortable with a large patio facing the water. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. My friend and I ate at the bar that evening and the food was tasty. The Hotel Continental was well-located for walks into town, as well as to Portofino and Rapallo. Finally, the staff were delightful - friendly and helpful. Sadly, we did not have time to use the brand new spa. Next time! I highly recommend the Hotel Continental. ...
